Tony,

Did you eventually get your refund? I suspect that so many people requested refunds when the evaluation period ran out on April 16 that it crashed their process.

I must have beat the rush when I did it on the 10th because it worked very smoothly for me and I got my refund within a few days.

Beware GCD customers:

I requested a refund on April 16th, because the product was not at all as advertised. The whole concept of finding and cloning direct link campaigns does not work. And I tried 60 campaigns following the Chris Carpenter videos, step-by-step.

When I requested a refund, the GCD / Google Cash Detective Support person emailed back saying that the refund was processed and would take 3 days to appear on my credit card.
7 days later, my credit card company told me that no credit was issued.

When I emailed GCD support, here's what they had to say;

"Thank you for your email. After receiving emails from our customers regarding their refunds.We have found a glitch in the refund process that has caused a delay in the communication between our end and your credit card company. We are working to resolve this issue and will be getting your refund credited to your account as quick as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience."

This sure smells like a scam to me. I sure hope no one else buys this product and gets ripped off..

Thanks for the ongoing feedback re: GCD / GCA!

Please let us know if you get your refund, as I think there will be a lot of people requesting this.
